About INSPITE Innovation

Bettina Elbæk Pedersen is the founder of INSPITE Innovation and the lead workshop facilitator.
Ad-hoc collaborators, such as an executive coach, a presentation expert or a professional illustrator may join the team depending on project size and scope.
With a master's degree in mechanical engineering from The Technical University of Denmark, a strong creative mind and solid industry experience, Bettina enjoys working across functions and merging people's minds to solve both technical, design-related and organisational challenges.
Many years in product development and design management for Louis Poulsen, Fritz Hansen and Bang & Olufsen, collaborating with designers of international caliber such as Louise Campbell, Bjarke Ingels and Øivind Slaatto has given her a valuable insight into successes and failures of creative endeavors.
During 9 years with INSPITE, she has worked with a broad range of teams, from academia, industry, government and even charities, facilitating innovation processes and training organizations on how to implement innovative teamwork in the daily business
From 2015 to 2019 Bettina lived and worked in Beijing, facilitating projects and bringing innovation training to embassies, industry organizations, multinational companies as well as local grassroots businesses striving to survive in the capital of China.
